Kevin Houser, Secretary, is a Real Estate Development Manager for Banneker Ventures. His professional experience covers a range of single family and multifamily real estate sales, development, underwriting, and asset management. Before real estate, Kevin started his career in engineering at Corning, Incorporated as an Applications Engineer and has held several other wireless and project engineering positions. Throughout his career Kevin has been an active musician and leader in his community, most recently by re-initiating and providing leadership for the Parent Teacher Organization at Anne Beers Elementary School and by being a Den Leader for Pack 133 Cub Scouts at Alfred Street Baptist Church. Kevin holds two Bachelors of Science degrees in Mathematics and Electrical Engineering from Morehouse College and Georgia Institute of Technology, respectively, and an MBA from Clark Atlanta University.
